1. What is Sparks of Joy Studio?
Sparks of Joy Studio, owned by Natalie Sparks, is a small business where she shares her love for crafting, upcycling, and giving new life to previously loved items. Each piece is handmade or thoughtfully curated to bring a little spark of joy into your home.

2. Where are you located?
I’m based in the U.S., and I create and ship all items from my home studio.

3. Do you restock items once they sell out?
Because most of my pieces are handmade or one-of-a-kind, once they’re gone, they’re gone! However, I sometimes make similar versions—so check back often or sign up for my newsletter for restock updates. Any of the product lines I carry (e.g. Connie Lines & Designs) are restocked regularly.

You’ll find handmade, upcycled, and previously loved home décor, gifts, and art pieces—each designed with sustainability and creativity in mind.

5. What does “upcycled” mean?
Upcycling means I take materials or items that already exist and transform them into something new and beautiful, helping reduce waste while creating something truly unique.

6. Are your handmade items durable?
Yes! I take pride in creating quality pieces meant to last. Because they’re handmade, small variations may occur—that’s part of their charm and authenticity.

7. Do you take custom orders?
Sometimes! If you have a special request or an idea for a personalized project, send me a message through the contact form. I’ll let you know if I can make it happen.

8. How long will it take to receive my order?
Most orders ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your package is on its way.

9. Do you offer local pickup?
If you’re nearby, local pickup (northern Delaware) is available for most items. Make sure to use the code PICKUP at checkout so you don’t get charged shipping.

10. What if my item arrives damaged?
Please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage, and I’ll work with you to make it right—whether that means a replacement, repair, or refund.

11. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
Because of the handmade and upcycled nature of my items, all sales are generally final. However, if there’s a problem with your order, please reach out—I always want you to love your purchase.

13. Can I send an item as a gift?
Absolutely! Just include a note at checkout, and I’ll wrap it up nicely and include a handwritten note if you’d like.

15. How do you choose materials for your upcycled projects?
I select items that inspire me. And what inspires me varies throughout the year, depending on the season, what I’m interested in crafting or if I’m trying something new. I am typically drawn to scrap wood, glass jars, or previously loved décor. My goal is to give them a new story while keeping materials out of landfills.
